All goods will be despatched within 10 working days from receipt of order.

Returns Policy

We will replace any supports that have arrived at the destination in an unusable or faulty condition, or if you received the incorrect product. BUT we regret we cannot exchange goods or refund money where items are merely unwanted.

Should you decide to request a refund, please notify us immediately by emailing returns@jacstrap.com. After seven working days the sale is considered closed and we will be unable to make a refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (unopened and unused). We will fully refund the money paid to us for the support within 30 working days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
