Elbow supports

Elbow supports
Small/Medium	23cm to 32cm
Medium/Large	32cm to 41cm

Elbow supports come in two sizes Small/Medium and Medium/Large. To ascertain your size measure the circumference of your arm just above the elbow at the bottom of your bicep. If this measurement is 23cm to 32cm, please order a Small/Medium and if it measures 33cm to 41cm order a Medium/Large.

Ankle supports

Ankle supports
Small	17cm to 20cm
Medium	20cm to 23cm
Large	23cm to 26cm

For ankle supports measure around your foot just over half way between yout toes and your ankle, roughly in the middle of your arch. If the measurement is 17cm to 20cm order a Small, 20cm to 23cm is Medium and 23cm to 26cm is Large.

Finger supports

Finger supports are all one size.
